One of my favorite movie lines is from The Naked City (1948): Ted de Corsia as the killer Willie Garza flees the NYPD by climbing up the Williamsburg Bridge. Barry Fitzgerald as Lieutenant Dan Muldoon calls up to him: "All right, Garza, we give you one hundred percent for acrobatics." I love it, a police officer expressing a humorous thought while chasing a very dangerous criminal!
